In addition to the ALL the required documents under either renewal (if you are currently in possession of your passport to be surrendered for renewal) or replacement (if your passport is lost/ stolen / unavailable or damaged), please note that ALL applications received via mail are to be accompanied by a Return Prepaid Envelope: United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) or any of the United States Postal Service (USPS) insured mail i.e. Express, Priority, Certified or Registered Mail. This is to facilitate the return of your original documents while awaiting the return of the passport.
NB: Fees are to be submitted only via Money Order made payable to the JAMAICAN CONSULATE or CONSULATE GENERAL OF JAMAICA.
